Is it possible to set an aeon multi sensor to permenant on when usb powered?

I have used these settings.
After adjusting the settings wake up the sensor by pressing the button on the sensor and press save and sync.
The interval for the PIR is set to 20 sec. the pir returns to un-triggered after 20 sec.
The Aeon Multi Sensor sometimes needs some time to (please be patient)
