As we can see, that device stopped reporting changes to zipabox five days ago, so by that criteria it should be offline.
Can you tell us what actually happened to that device?

I am looking for a good place for the sensor. I moved it several times. At this moment it is interfered by my sink roof gutter (probably). When I put it on my window-sill (1 1/5 m down) it would be working again. Therefore it is nice to see when you have a good connection or not.

Ok, we are trying to figure out why your device doesn't go offline on dashboard when it should. But either way device won't go offline instantly while you are moving it, it takes some time like @Marko explained in first post.

Again, somehow I lost connection and this is not visible in the dashboard.
(Nothing has change in configuration and place)

I don't have correct values anymore, no battery indication in the dashboard, no events anymore. The strange thing is, it is 1,5 m away from the blinds switch, on the other site of the window. Mesh network??
In the android app the sensor is N/A, the meters have value 0. In the dashboard it seems to be active.

In this case, no. Empty batteries (2nd set in 2 month :-( ). It has lost all parameters. I had to remove it and reconnect it again.
But the issue is: When the multisensor is down, stolen, broken, whatever, it doesn't show 'offline' in my dashboard.

Dear All,
I'm also experiencing big issue with this unit. When
placed in direct link to the controller (HC2 from fibaro) it works but
only within few meters. But when placed in the middle of a huge mesh
network, no actualization of the parameters. Even if i try to
exclude/include it again in the mesh environment, the led is still
steady but not visible from the controller.
Any idea to help me in this problem?
Thank you very much in advance!
