Alarm does not work

I have just bought a Zipato Zipatile controller and have added my devices (5 motion devices, 1 siren and 1 RFID. All devices are added to the Zipatile and I can see the on the Zipatile, Ipad and phone. The Siren also work when you make a sound test and I can arm the system from both Zimpatile and Ipad.

When I arm the system and try to "walk" into the motion sensors noting is happening.

When did I miss to setup. Any ideas?

you also need to create zones, where you can specify which detector does what etc.

Sorry for being so heavy, but I still don't get it to work.

When I arm the system, there is no sound from the siren.

You need to set the internal siren as a squawk device. Open the alarm settings and add squawk.

I can't find the manual anywhere and it was not included in the box.

Sorry, there is no manual right now but the knowledge base is getting better steadily.

I hope there will be a manual one day, but I think with so many changes and developments going on it would be a nightmare to keep such a manual up to date.

But normaly you will get help here in the forum or, if no one has a clue, via the ticket system.

Yes. I synchronise all the time. I just do it from my computer, so I expect it will synchronise with the Zipatile also.

There is a youtube video on the virtual alarm setup. Also in the knowledge base all info is detailed so should be ok. I used to read it when I was a beginner. Obviously time will help you to get better at it.
