Alarm not working

HI,
I’m a french user, sorry for mistakes.
Since many weeks i can’t armed the Alarm System, the app and web access show all the zwave divices working well but in fact when I want to turn on de system I ear a double bip and nothing happen.
I try reboot but the probleme is not solved, try to update ... the web access running the update search but never ending the process

Can you please try to clear cache on the device to see if that will help.
First on the Zipatile, from the Recover mode, which you can access with holding Power and Volume down button, please note that you only need to clear cache, NOT data.
Also, please clear cache on the Zipato application from ZipaTile:
Main menu - Settings - Android settings - Apps - Zipato - Clear cache (only cache)
