Alarm, Zipato lost all data?

This is so bad. Whats going on with your server?
All my user data per slot for Zipato RFID keypad is just gone? How is that possible. Just one day to another. I noticed it since my tags did not arm or disarm.
So now i need to redo this. Can you just pull your shit togather and make sure basic stuff works... its so tiredsome...
