Android application crash with virtual weather sensor

Hello,
When I want visualize the meters panel under android application, the pplication crashes.
It happens since I hace added a virtual weather sensor.

I use the only one available on play store : v1.00 but I see following your link more recent version.
Have you the difference between each version available ? rc10, rc11, rc 1.6 ....
Wich one it will be better to install ? I am under android 4.1.2

I'm using version rc18 but that one is not public. So can't tell you which one works the best.
