Hi,

A friend who bought a Zipabox has big problems with it.

He could not to include modules that were next to the box. if the module is placed directly on the box then there is no problem of inclusion.

Once added, if we move away from the module "zipabox" it appears "OFF-LINE" from 50cm.

No module works beyond 50cm.

Is this a problem Zipabox?

What should we do?

We had some similar problems with one of the older series. It was a problem related to the defective Z-wave module which we got. Please, send us the serial number of your box on hello@zipato.com so we can check it out.

I also have some trouble with my primary zipabox. Even if I have many zwave reporting devices, some of my zwave devices disappear sometime. It's the same, although, with some of my RF433MHz devices.
