any idea how to do a rule to watch netflix?

How do I create a scene to watch netflix?
I have an IR EXTENDER already includes all necessary commands
I can not create any rule or sena it's possible criar esta ideia?????

you can create a virtual device that will symbolize netflix playing and use that in a rule.
However how you will active and deactivate that device depends on your surrounding, devices and integrations you have.
The IR extender could be one possibility as you did write, depending on what commands you are sending when starting, stopping netflix.
few examples depending on your current situation:
if you playing from a android device you can of course use tasker for instance to set the device status when neflix is running.
if you use a PC you can use eventghost.
If you just running some smart-tv with netflix on it you could have problems solving a seamless solution for this.
I myself dont use specific Netflix as a trigger. I have a switch on tv station for power (since i dont like standby power) When turned on the curtains go down and lights are dimmed, music if on stops, some motion detected lights stop to execute and so on.
When tv is turned on all is reversed
I previously also tested with the xbmc plugin for this, not sure if its updated tho (https://community.zipato.com/topic/xbmc)
