Arming of the alarm partition xxx failed for ${user.name} ${user.surname}

Dear Zipato support team,
I have a big issue... I can't put my alarm on and the only information I have is "Arming of the alarm partition xxx failed for ${user.name} ${user.surname}" :(
1. I checked that my user have the rights to activate the alarm
2. I bypassed sensor that were not Ok (even if they were on status closed)
Could you please help me / check my conf & error logs ?

Have you configured Alarm rights for additional user in users menue?

Yes, the "Rights" check box is checked for "Alarm".

Can you check which options are enabled when you open Security partition settings - USERS tab - click on the name of the additional user.

i create a new user with rights checked for alarm in user options
but this user can't arm it, i get this: ''no privilege to arm partition''
