Attempt to use unregistered zipato

Hi,
i received my zipabox today and - unfortunately - after the Firmware update i was able to connect only once to the Website.
i resetted my Password, reboot the box twice, reboot my pc but nothing changed.
Any idea how to solve this Problem ?

I also have this issue, quite frustrating. Tried to reset password, can not login on myzipato. Attempt to use unregistered zipato is the message
