Bonjour, je rencontre de gros soucis de connexion a mes applications Zipabox. Avec l'application Android b je n'y arrive qu'en local, en distant rien. Testé aussi avec l'application Impérihome. J'arrive même pas a avoir accès au site my.zipato.com. bien-sûr je suis bien connecté au web !!!


Est ce possible que mon IP (qui est fixe puisque je suis chez Free) petit avoir été blacklistée ?

Hello, I encounter big problems connecting to my Zipabox applications. With the Android application I can connect in local mode, but not in remote. Also tested with Impérihome application. I can not even have access to the site my.zipato.com. of course I am connected to the web!


Is it possible that my IP address (which is fixed since I'm at Free) have been blacklisted ?

Yes. In fact I think the zipabox works well ... The rules based on calendar work well. I can connect to the Android App when my phone is not connected to my private wifi network.


I really think my IP address is blacklisted.


How can i ask zipato support to accept my IP again ?


Again, my IP is fixed.

Because i couldn't connect to the zipato cloud from my home network (only from a smartphone or from work ... Differents IP).

Strange...maybe Zipato team can tell you more about this, maybe it blacklisted for a certain period if you tried to connect too many times (using the android app)...or simply a bug?
