Hi,
i have added my axis 209MFD Camera but I can not see any tumbnail
Snapshot path: /axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi?resolution=320x240
streaming path: rtsp://<ip>/mpeg4/media.amp
if i push on the snapshot button i got the snapshot picture.
The motion jpeg dont work either.
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work

I have 3 ip cam, photo and streaming are working, but only one gives me snapshots, ans none snapshot/email. I don't know why.

Hi,
the problem with the Zipato FTP is, that it disallow to create directories on the ftp.
You need a Camera that saves the picture directly on the FTP without create directories.
For a workaround take a look here:

this explain that, but if I use an android phone with ip webcam, I don't create any directory, it works on zipato but I have no snaphot...:(
