Axis Problems with ftp cofiguration

I have a axis 209MFD and 225FD camera and i have problems configuring the ftp parameter.

network adress: my.zipato.com

upload path: alarm

port nr : 21

Username : .....

password: ...

use passive mode: no

use temporary file: no

Error: no response from server

(I an reach the cam trought the router and have no special configurations. i can establish connection to my ftp-server )
