Cannot add new device after Reset to Factory Defaults

Hi,

After I do "Reset to Factory Defaults" on my Zipabox. I cannot add any device now. It always say "Network not available". How can I fix it?

Did you try to power down the box and leave it alone for a few minutes?

Yes, I have do it several times but nothing changes.
