Cannot arm or disarm the alarm with mini keypad

I install and setup mini keypad, and I setup my tag and password, but when I try to arm or disarm the alarm, it doesn't work.
I like this idea

Yes I did, I created my password with 4 digits and setup a tag. But it doesn't work, I can't arm or disarm it.

And last but not least, you have to also give every user the right in the alarm pertition. So you go to the alarm part, and user tag, click on the username, and you will get this menu, give every user the rights.

Thank you, I have another question: I attach image about my users setup, I did setup for my tags, and as well as I setup the tags, how can I setup passwords that I already assigned to keypad?

Sergio, I think the tag doens't use password. The password is only used to manually activate the alarm in the keypad.

Robert, Sergio is about the possibility to also use the keypad by password. I have never tried this but according to the manual it should be possible to use also code.
