Cannot create virtual alarm

When I try to add a virtual alarm I get the following error when clicking the "save" button:
Fail
Service is currently unavailable
please try again later.This problem lasted for several days.
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
For now try to use the old interface, seems Zipato has allot of issues with the new interface

this is not a problem related to the new UI so please open a ticket at support.zipato.com so we could resolve this.
