Cannot update firmware to 0.9999-2 from 0.9999

Hello, I have been trying to update my zipato since 0.9999-1 has been released without any success.
Each time I have this message : Upgrade process unsuccessful!
I tried to modify or even desactivate firewall of my router. No way to get that zipato upgraded.
The same problem 
No connection
