Can't add any zwave device

Hi,
I've got a Zipabox with a few sensor and all worked fine. Since today I can't add any more zwave devices. The Zipabox hangs always at "Device joined Please wait". I've tried different sensors (Fibaro door sensor, Zipato Multisensor Quad and also a Danfoss thermostat, which I've already successfully added some days ago. The Zipabox has the actual firmware and rebooting and hard resetting don't solve the problem.

got the same problem, now that i tried to add more devices.
Allso seams to screwd up a multisensor after switching battery in it

I’ve just written an email to you and get an automatic response mail with a link to a support ticket, but I can't view it.
Maybe it's because I've written the support mail from an other mail account then the zipato cloud account is registered. So can you please change the support ticket RDA-989-27201, so I can view it with the support login from the zipato cloud account.

i did cut the power to zipabox for 2 min and let it boot up again. did solve the problem for me
