Can't add Chacon LBUR-10A under new UI.

I wasn't able to add the Chacon LBUR-10A under the new UI. There were no endpoints created.
I had to revert to the old UI. This is not the first time I have to do this, so please either fix the new UI or reenable access to the old UI. The link is no longer available, I had to look into my browser history to get back to it. Please don't turn the old UI off.
