Can't add Danfoss LC-13 Living Connect Radiator Thermostat

When I try to add a Danfoss thermostat I get the following message: "Device found. Join not successful."
Any ideas?

Two things. Firstly, I believe you need to add the thermostat within a few metres of your Zipabox but you may have done that already. Second, I have noticed that you sometimes get "Device found. Join not successful" yet it actually appears in the "devices" list.
I had all sorts of issues with a recent "join" of a fibaro relay. I made sure it was "reset" before I attempted it again (and again).
I found most success when using the "old" interface not the most recent one. Which is sad because the new one has much more going for it.
