Can't join anymore

I've been trying to join a Z-wave device, in the past a countdown would start, during which a device could be discovered. Now it says "starting" but after that, the countdown won't start running.
I've tried resetting the Zipabox multiple times, keeping it unplugged for 3+ mins, no resort. Resetting it also doesn't help.
I've tried to contact the Zipato helpdesk, but the server declines my email, even though I'm sending it through the address that is connected to my.zipato.com.
Can anybody help me, cause I'm eagerly trying to add some new modules, but currently am unable to do so.. :S
