Cant join the device

It is impossible to join zipato mini keypad ("Join not successful"). I can remove the device and I got the message "Device found". But it's impossible to "Including device". What is the problem?

like HeroS said and also when you press the tamper switch hold it for 1 sec and release it. Did you have problems adding other Z-Wave devices?
