Solved

I have problem logging to support.zipato.com

I get the message: Invalid Username or Password

Tried to reset it through lost password form, but still no luck!

Your username/password are the same as on my.zipato.com since those accounts are linked. I have tested this and it should work without problems.

It is the same for my.zipato.com and support.zipato.com I have tested it and it works.

Is anyone else having this issue right now? I cannot login to zipato support but I can login to webcontrol center.

It has to be a server issue, my cluster controller is offline on web control center...
