which platform, android or ios? I had this issue yesterday, about 13 hours ago. After 15 minutes I could log in again. Funny thing was, the domomea app worked, just not the zipato app.

I'm having the same behavior on my Android app. I even clean the app "cache", uninstall it, now reinstall it... but still nothing works. The logon on the web site works well... but not in the app.

I have the same problem, also imperihome does not connect anymore.

One interesting thing:
- I was able to logon locally! I mean, at home on my local network and doing a "local connect", it worked.
But when going outside to the cloud server... the same thing, "login fail".
One question: On the app settings, what is the server url?
-Mine says: "https://my.zipato.com/zipato-web/" <-- Is that correct?

Problem solved!
Since yesterday evening I'm able to logon remote.
I've not done anything myself... so I guess Zipato fixed the "glich" :-) Thanx!
