Cant register new Aeonlabs ZW075

I have a ZW075 Device on my system. When I try to register a New ZW075 the following happens:
* New Device found. But the clock Counts Down to zero.
* Then in the NeXT screen it say: "prosessing" and there it stops.
The Device is Connected to the network because the connecting face on the ZW075 stops. To try again I have to reset it.
Please help me.
