Chacon CH54754 (EJLR 1000) not fully supported...

Hello.
I synchronized the Chacon ch54754 like a "Chacon EJLR-1000 roller shutter". The device is detected but the synchronization never stop. The function "Down" works but the function "Up" doesn't work.
When i test the device with a remote control chacon, "Up" and "Down" work perfectly.
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Do you think the problem will be solved soon? The problem is "know" but not "in progress"? This device is in the list of compatible devices but it's not the case....... I buy my devices only if they are in the list and finally I'm disappointed....
