When I sync my ch54754 like a EJLR-1000, the window "Synchronization in progress" never stops... (Even if I wait 10 minutes...). So I closed the window.
After that, when I select 0%, the shutter down but then this is impossible to put it up.It stays down. (3V AC on up.)

(Receiver Installation (AC) with AC motor). Same result on 2 devices ch54754 I just bought. I think the device is not fully compatible, no? I need to do a test with the chacon remote to prove it..

Confirmed. The ch54754 is fully usable with the chacon remote control but with the zipabox, only the down function works. "Up" doesn't work....

Unfortunately, you must have firmware later than .8e for this to work properly.

That should be fine. Try to synchronize, put the shutter in the inclusion mode and start inclusion.
