Hello Chris,

We can support only cameras which can speak Onvif or UPnP as then we can discover them during the IP camera discovery and auto apply device descriptors which will fill out all the camera config data.

If your camera supports Onvif or UPnP then we would require full CGI command list documentation so we could support it and put it on our list of supported cameras.

If you can met these requirements please open a support ticket with requested information.

Is it possible to support RSTP stream? most cameras have this option.

I got some IP cams connected and I just add the url of the RTSP stream to the high quality stream (in my case rtsp://192.168.0.21:554/live). Works like a charm.
