Well Alex, the only question is whether Nest can be implemented yet? The last time there were some issues. Perhaps zipato can answer this.

Most of Z-wave thermostats in US are supported (2GIG ct100, radiothermostat ct32...). Also NEST is supported, but NEST is cloud ONLY, and can't be reached locally.
Linear garage door openers. Yale, Kwikset, Schlage door locks and all available Z-wave dimmers and switches are supported. Actually, if you will have any issue with any Z-wave plus certified device, just let us know and we will check it out immediately.

I have a couple of Yale Real Living and they work pretty good although I think Zipato is not fully using the capabilities of the lock but works well if you don't need more than 10 users and/or advanced setup for users (like schedules, active/inactive users, etc.)
