Copy "segments" in rule creator

Would like to be able to copy segments of a rule in rule creator.
I like this idea 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Just open the rule you want to copy....then drag a new when puzzle and drag the stuf from the other rule into the new one.
And yes a copy button would be nice.
