Dana-lock can't connect to Zipabox
Solved
I have a problem to connect my dana-lock to my zipabox.
It finds it right away but then i get stuck in:
"Device found. Joining device please wait. Processing..."
I have tried many many times and waited for a long time.
Tried both with and without upgraded fireware.
my serial is: 010698200D012B62

Hello Christer,
there is a chance that you have an older model of Danalock smart lock since there is a problem with their Inclusion.
There is only a slight difference between them, the new model has a polished front and it doesn't have perforations around the touch button.
I would recommend that you contact the store where you bought this Device for more details.

Is it possible for you to attach a photo of your Device?
What is the range between your Device and your Zipabox during Inclusion, and what message do you receive when inclusion fails?

I have successfully joined both the old and a new model. I can only advise you to put it close to your Box during inclusion (within 1m) and to be really persistent.

I got it working now :D
I had to reset the locker. Then I could join it again and now it works wonderful.

I also have problem with the pairing. I had tried to reset the lock. I have verified the version and it is a Danalock V2. I have tried to pair it both by hold the button for two beeps and with the app but it will not get a sign from my Zipato box. I have also placed the lock close to the box but it does not help. I have also tried different firmware versions.
Do you have any other suggestions what I can do get this work?

The process breaks up after ca. 10sec. In inclusion.
I'm just a beginne with the zipatile, but already included other items succesful.

You guys need to open tickets at zipato support, only them can help you find the route cause. It could also be on Danalock's side.

I have purchased the danaock V3. (on the market since oktober 2017) i tried to connect with ze zipabox but it fails every time. i can't exclude or include. There is no response t all. The distance between lock and controller is about contact (less than 50 cm)

The documentation of danalock is not clear in these:
It is not possible to put the Danalock V3 in inclusion mode from the app on your phone. This function is not working (at date 29/10/17).
how to include: There is a mall hole with a switch on top of the lock. You have to push that one time (with a paperclip) to go into inclusion or exclusion mode.
