Climate control is not under control on my box either (Ticket open HWI-554-67666). Hysteresis should be a parameter that users can control. I do not see any coding reasons why it could not be the case.

Your zipabox is an innovative concept, but your strategy to have users
paying monthly or yearly charges for BASIC services (usable charts... hysteresis parameter... variable values in message or Http requests....) is simply killing your product. And this strategy transforms your box into a VERY EXPENSIVE solution, probably among the most expensive on the Market when you want such services delivered.

1 degree Celsius is a default setting, but you can buy Hysteresis customization and you will be able to change it to 0,1 degree Celsius.
To do so click on General settings ->Services, find Hysteresis customization and click buy.

I check and the tollerance is 1 °C.
the set point is set to 18 and the healting turns off when the temperature exceeds 19 and will turn down under 17 .
any temperature within 1 degree does not trigger any event.

I use only heating.
I tried several times and I can assure you that triggered the change of one degree,
21 -> 19.9 not at 20.4 .
