Device Add problem and Slave device controling other slaves

We are using this box for last 2 months and now facing some problems.
Cant able to add device which removed
we have tried hard reset, firmware upgrade and all other methods but the problem is not solved
and some of the slave devices working standalone like Quad Sensor controls Micro Module Switch RGBW bulb
The same problem 
No connection

Hi, Evidently these slave devices are natively bound together. This is a good thing as I since the beginning was not able to do that. native bound means that dont rely on the gateway to communicate to eachother. You would probably need to hard reset each slave device to factory setting to break the bound. Than you will probably be able to link them with the gateway. Read instructions for each device how to reset.
