Device Switch Names disappeared

I've a zipabox with lots of Fibaro switch attached to it.
Today I get to add three MICROMODULESWITCH DOUBLE.
The inclusion run well but all the names defined to Fibaro switch disappeared and their configurations were reseted...
What happen? Is this a normal procedure when use different devices manufacters?

The switch should be fully configurable as it is supported properly.
Please, open up @ support ticket with your serial number so we could inspect the case.
