Devices offline / switches not working anymore

Solved

Some on/off switches that used to work now don't work anymore. They are shown as offline (one all the time, another one most of the time). It seems this problem appeared with the last firmware update (not sure,,but I noticed it a few days ago).

They work normally with the manual switch. When I turn it on manually I can then turn it off remotely (iPad), but then I can't turn it on again remotely... I need to do it on the manual switch.

Problem with the last firmware?

Hello Milan,

Thanks for your reply.

Two additional questions :

- Is there a way to check the route taken by a device to the zipabox?

- If the AN158 (or else) is turned off (but still pluged-in), will it still be used as a routing node?

I will make more tests. The Aeon SES is used to control a fan, it is turned on when the air quality is low and stops when the air quality gets fine again. The information about air quality is sent by a Fibaro FGS321.

I thought the Aeon SES was the problem (because it often appears offline...), but actually the problem might rather be the Fibaro which sometimes wouldn't send the information... I will try to add another zwave device nearby to act as a node and see if this helps.

Well, for a fews days nothing works (since 0.9.982?) !!!

When I change a switch on the iphone/ipad/dashboard it doesn't work (it comes back in the initial position after a few seconds, no effect on the device). Only virtual switches seem to work.Or it sometimes takes effect a few hours later...I really don't know what to do. I turned off and on the box several times, it doesn't get better. Shall reset everything (and how do I do that)? I hope not, it will be difficult to reassociate all devices that are in the walls now...

I'm waiting for you help !

I also have this problem with most of my devices offline. One of those devices is just 1 metre from the Zipabox! Another one is several metres away and that works as normal.
