Differences between state in IOS and Control Center

When I check the state of my door and window sensors (433 mHz Visonic MCT-302) on my iPhone some of them are shown as open although the doors / windows are closed in reality. When I check the state in the Control Center at the same time they are shown as closed. How can that be?
In the Security Section these doors / windows are shown as ready although they were marked as open and the state for activating the alarm has to be closed.
To me something seems to go wrong in the IOS app for the Zipato System.
Has anybody similar experiences? And how to solve this problem?

Addition: When I completely close the Zipato app on my iPhone and re-open it the respective door / window is shown as closed for a few seconds and then the state changes to open although in reality nothing has changed.
Perhaps this helps to identify the bug

Sometimes here the same. Status of devices can differ at the same moment between UI, IOS, Android and ImperiHome. ImperiHome seems to be more reliable than Zipato IOS App.
