Dimmer Fibaro strange behavior

The Dimmer Fibaro module has a strange behavior.
1 - The module is (finally) recognized.
2 - The module responds well with Android and the browser.
3 - When the light is 100% and I'm off the wall, the module is always 100% over the telephone or web panel.
It takes a refresh of the application or the browser for the module has 0%
4 - It happens in 99% of the wall switch is totally ineffective.
I repeatedly excluded the module.
The same problem

Try >> Add device >> generic Zwave >> Reset and then push the button on the Module.
Then join again (if reset works).

After SEVERAL decades of exclusion and inclusion, it is recognized, but with a strange behavior.
With the application android OK with the dashboard ok.
But if I press the wall interuptor, the light turns on but does not want to go out.
Zipabox and do not see it on.

About the module was faulty, (
I changed the module and it works fine now.
Regarding refresh the web interface, sometimes I have to refresh a few times unfortunately.
Overall, it happens that my remote or my siren is seen by zipabox as offline.
