This siren an ideal "Squark" module features as well as siren features and can also be used as a doorbell sounder.
With a z-wave binary switch this is an ideal z-wave siren/doorbell/squark device
Do you have support for this device yet - maybe you should re-badge it as it appears to be ideal for a multi-featured sensor that provides great flexibility

I have this siren, but it will only play the intruder alarm. Selecting others sounds revert to the intruder alarm.
