Error while saving my rule with action Startchangeup

Hi,
I try to create a rule and i've got error when i save the rule, after she appear "invalid" in rule list.
"rule2java: empty string"

please use action 'Gotovalue' instead of 'Startchangeup' and everithing will be ok.

The problem is that I use a fibaro roller shutter motor with electronic stop. Fibaro module does not handle this type of engine it because it is not possible to manage INTERMEDIATE positions. So, I would level it with the rule engine.
I can not use the gotovalue. . .
What is then the Startchangeup?
Beyond of that, I'm a user rather patient and I took a little time to retrieve the errors that I encounter for a better box and helped advance. If I take this time, thank you so on your side to do the same to solve the problems identified is the minimum. . .
