Everspring SF812 OFFLINE

I have two smoke detector Everspring SF812. Both are reported OffLine by Zipabox.

When I press the test button of these devices, the associated rules work correctly and both devices are no longer reported OffLine. Twenty hours later they declared OffLine again.

This problem has been with me for a fortnight without had no changes. Is that this is because these devices do not transmit information outside their test or their detections smoke?

Greetings,

Yes, this is a small bug on our side. The problem is that the SF812 actually doesn't wakeup, ever. It doesn't even support this command class. So it will never send a wakeup notification and our ui thinks that it should. So the offline indicator actually doesn't mean anything in this case. We will fix this soon.

When will this bug be fixed ?!?

This device appears useless otherwise... and cannot prevent any fire in the house :-/
