Everspring ST814: battery issue
Hi,
Is there any configuration reason which could cause a heavy, crazy, consumption of batteries on a ST814 sensor?
The first set of batteries lasted 2 months, the second, 5 weeks and it appears that after installing the third 3 days ago, dashboard indicates only 70% battery level, which does not sound good.
In term of parameter, periodic report is not enabled, automatic
Temp report is enabled ( 1 deg) as well as humidity (10%) and wake-up is programmed around every 35 minutes. I can see in events these reports every 35 minutes. Is there anything else to check some where?
An other issue which could indicate a failure of the sensor, is that if temperature report seems correct, humidity report is curious. Never less than 70% indoor in my living room, and it is not the true value. At the beginning of use, report was around 45% , I guess that the sensor is faulty?
