Exclusion failed

Hello,
I have a problem with the Zipabox, not to include a Zwave module. After adding module, choice Zwave it says "exclusion failed" before they can put the module in exclusion mode. If I force to arrive fashion inclusion, it is noted "configuration failed".
- I have already included similar modules without problems
- Firmware updated without change
- Restart of the Box ineffective

I got already 2 tickets opened. explaining the same issue for my fibaro motion sensors.
after some reboots exclusion worked. but got stuck at inclusion.

I'm also struggling with the same issue.
mine is not even starting the exclusion counter 9 out of 10 times.
sometime i can r emove my device. most of the time not.
rebooted zipabox already. didn't help. running 1.0.17 FW

Our team has made changes in device descriptor and resolve this issue. To implement new descriptor please readd your Fibaro Motion sensor.

Try rebooting your zipatile, then sync and try again. If your problem persists open a ticket on zipato support.
