The device shows up as a meter, so only the temperaturemeter is correct but the sensors can't be changed to sensors.
This way the device can't be associated (bindings) with other devices and rules can't be made

No. IT seems to be detected as HSM100 Homeseer , but had to change type on any device detected. Motion Detector, Temperature Meter, Light Meter.. changed and nothing works.

- Lightlevel is not configurable; I solved this in a rule.
- I tried (also in a rule) to use temperature meter to change the setpoint of a Danfoss valve without succes (caused by the Danfoss?).
- Motion is detected and works but:
I created a rule: motion true AND lux level <5%, turn light on, wait 60secs, turn light off
(is working fine)
Q1 I want to turn off light 60 secs after last motion (as long as there is motion light is on, no motion turn off after 60 secs) How to configure that?
Q2 After light turns of it takes to long before motion is detected again. How to set it as short as possible?
Q3 What about the reading time of the luxlevel? What if I turn off the light after 60 minutes instead of 60 secs? The luxlevel will surely increase above the set 5%. When the light turns off it's completly dark, how long does it take before lightmeter "reads" this too and will be < then the set 5%?
