Did you buy a new or a seconds hand device?


Nevertheless i guess you will need to create a support ticket at Zipato.

Brand new box. Tried to add a ticket yesterday but failed, guess issues with mobile browser, worked just fine to add ticket on laptop. :)

this issue was resolved and you shouldn't have problems any more. If you still have troubles registering a new Box please open a Ticket at support.zipato.com and we will resolve it.
