FGK Door/Windows Sensor - Always Open (On)
Solved
Hi,
After i include my FGK (Fibaro) Sensor and simul open door my Sensor is always in Open state.
In the Event Section i have just one event OPEN and after nothing.
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Same here! I have 4 FGK modules. All 4 where included correctly then worked correctly before mounting. After mounting, 2 are working perfectly and 2 shows the OPEN status even when closed.

I include my second FGK and i work when open and close but i have a 1 or 2 minutes after the status is apply. I remark the battery status don't appear with the fonctional FGK but with FGK " always open" (Alarm) the battery Status appear. I think the firmware version is different and cause this result

This sensor still works this way.... You have had 3 years to fix this issue Zipato and still it is not fixed. Please fix the Zipabox firmware to deal with this problem. I have searched extensively and have only found problems with this sensor with Zipabox...the other controllers seem to be able to handle this sensor. Man up, zipato! :)
