FGR 221 doesn't work fine

Hi,
yesterday, I installed a third FGR 221 on my roller shutters (the other ones working fine), which appears as fibagroup:738 in the devices list.... it's impossible to configure it or have it working with the zipabox, while it's ok when using it with the buttons

Do you have "Supported by Zipato" on the bottom right of the popup into the general parameters? (select the root of your module).
If not, send by mail to zipato the UUID that is displayed in this pop-up. It is just because your module has a new firmware that requires to be added into the zipato database. They are doing it fast. Also try to send the manual of your module, if you can scan it or find the same version on the web. The version is written on the first page of your manual!

I sent a screenshot of the configuration window to the support; for more precision, the problem started after updating firmware to 0.9971, before this, I had no problem including 2 FGR 221, which were the same version (2.1); I tried to install a FGK101 yesterday, which had the same problem (fibargroup:xxxx, not supported by zipato), while I installed 2 of them (same version ) perfectely a few weeks ago.
