Hi,

Help !, I can't disable the auto-off of this module !

I tried modifying all the parameters and auto-off is still activated :(

Hi,

After looking at the documentation, to be able to stop auto off, auto-off time should be set at 0 but zipabox only allow range from 0.01 to 2.55.

Could you please fix that ?

impossible to deactivate the AUTO OFF, kind of frustrating !

Thanks to zipato support, it's working now for me (FGS 211 v2.1 is correctly recognized as such)

Hi Frache and Sylvain,

I think you need to re-apply device descriptor for it to be correctly recognized.
