Fibaro door/window sensor will not register

I am having issues getting the zipato door sensor registered

Note:

I am within 1 m of the zipabox during registration

The blue LED flashes correctly on the door sensor

But zipabox never registers the unit

I have tried the Reset technique on the unit - no success

I have tried triple click from the outside tamper switch and the internal tmp swith - no success

I have tried TWO of these units to no avail

I am sure someone has got these working out there - what am I doing wrong?

Is this a problem with the sensor or the the zipabox?

Does the problem also occur with fibaro's own Home Center 2?
