Fibaro FGD211 indicate wrong value on 8x4

Hi,
I have Fibaro FGD211 v1.9 running as simple on/off switch.
Under 8x4 fw, when the switch is turned on (manualy), the GUI indicate only 3% instead of 100%.
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
