Fibaro FGK 101/ OFFLINE

Hi !
I have a problem with FIBARO FGK 101 ...for several days the module is spent in offline on Zipato Dashboard :(→ Impossible to exclude it from my configuration (image1)
I tested the procedures for initializing the sensor (1) Take off the Sensor's cover and remove battery. Make sure theTMP
button is intact.2) Touch the Sensor's body with a magnet,3) Insert the
battery,4) Remove the magnet from the Sensor's body,5) Remove the
battery6) Re-install the battery,7) Reset will be confirmed by double
LED blink. )
→ sensor seems well at the LED Control
can you help me solve this problem ???

I think the battery power is low. Can u put in a new one in and try again?

The sensor worked just one week
The LED sensor works perfectly every request inclusion or passage of the magnet.
I unfortunately do not have this stack size to test the proper operation of the sensor → I'm looking to order a new battery
(one battery per week, it is a bit expensive for a sensor open / close)

Hmmm, one week is to fast.
Try moving the sensor closer to the box and see what happens.

I made several test this sensor to work again
I moved the sensor to the zipabox (about 50 cm).
Test exclusion → NOK (image 1)
Test pass magnet → no change
The sensor is always OFFLINE: (

Same issue for me. all modules are offline.
No possibility to remove or add but the sensor working fine (Blue light when you open the window).
The support team are informed. We will see ...

I have even tested my sensor 101 FGK everything works perfectly at its LED → But I'm still on the OFFLINE ZIPABOX
